This Payment Policy describes the USD checkout record for a Kgpxf planter order, including provider processing, authorization, review, final line items, and refund routing. Our default checkout payment provider is Shopify Payments.
Before payment, the customer should verify the planter SKU, size, color, drainage format, included component count, delivery details, product total, $0.00 USD standard shipping, and $0.00 USD tax. Authorization records the accepted amount and does not alter the reservoir, saucer, plug, wick, or vessel quantity shown in the order.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments-supported cards and digital wallets that are currently enabled are displayed at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. The available methods are only those displayed by Shopify Payments during the live transaction. Kgpxf does not promise a fixed list of cards or wallets that has not been enabled at checkout.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Transactions are submitted through Shopify Payments using encrypted checkout connections. Sensitive payment credentials remain within Shopify's protected payment environment.
Encrypted transmission protects checkout data while Shopify Payments and the customer's financial institution complete authorization. Kgpxf receives the transaction status and planter order details needed for fulfillment, but does not receive or retain the complete card number or security code.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify maintains Level 1 PCI-DSS compliance for its payment environment. Our store receives the transaction status and order information needed to process the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by Shopify Payments and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Shopify Payments and the customer's financial institution determine whether a transaction is authorized, declined, or held for review. Planter handling starts after a successful status is returned; a failed, pending, or abandoned attempt is not treated as a completed order.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
A risk review can consider the billing response, contact and delivery consistency, device or transaction indicators, and unusual ordering patterns. Support may request non-sensitive order confirmation when reasonably necessary, but customers must not provide a complete card number or security code by email or telephone.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank, card issuer, or wallet processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
