Kgpxf separates personal information into Site-access records, planter-order records, and support-case records so each group is used for a stated operational purpose.
Access data supports website function and security. Transaction data records the selected planter SKU, component quantity, payment status, and destination needed for fulfillment. Support data preserves the customer's question and the evidence relevant to a drainage part, vessel condition, or parcel. Reasonable access restrictions limit these records to personnel and authorized providers who need them for checkout status, packing, delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, returns, or the specific case. Complete card credentials do not enter ordinary store email or telephone correspondence. Selecting a window box, round planter, or tall vessel does not authorize Kgpxf to infer the customer's household composition, property ownership, gardening skill, plant collection, or health information. A Singapore delivery address is used to route and support the order and to maintain required transaction records; it is not treated as permission to build an unrelated profile of the balcony, home, or workplace at that location. If a support photograph includes a planter in its surroundings, the customer may crop out faces, neighboring homes, mail labels, screens, documents, and unrelated personal objects. The useful evidence is the vessel rim, wall, base, drainage part, supplied component, or carton condition—not a wider view of the customer's living space. Notes about drainage, intended placement, or plant type are used to answer the current product question and are not treated as evidence of property condition, household income, or permission for unrelated profiling. Browsing a particular planter size does not by itself enroll a visitor in a separate plant-care marketing list.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Device Information may include IP address, browser type, device characteristics, Cookies, referring source, requested pages, and interaction times. Order Information may include the planter SKU and quantity, customer name, email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, delivery instructions, payment information or payment status, transaction reference, and fulfillment events. Support Information may contain messages and photographs voluntarily supplied to show a rim crack, warped wall, drainage opening, incorrect reservoir, missing wick column, saucer, plug, or carton damage. A support image is case evidence rather than an automatic public review or marketing asset. When words are sufficient, a photograph is not required; if an image is useful, the requested view should be limited to the relevant planter part and parcel area. Customers should avoid including unrelated people, household documents, full payment credentials, passwords, or identity documents.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information helps us operate and improve the Site, protect checkout security, and understand store usage.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, fraud prevention providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, customers, and business operations.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING
We may use personal information to provide targeted advertising or marketing communications that may be of interest to customers. Customers can opt out of targeted advertising through Google Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous and through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portal at https://optout.aboutads.info/.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on location and applicable law, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), together with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws, individuals may have rights concerning their personal information. Singapore residents may request access to or correction of personal data and may withdraw consent where permitted by law. Additional rights, including deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information, apply only where the relevant law provides them. Requests may be sent to support@kgpxf.shop. We may need to verify identity before completing a request, and legally permitted exceptions may apply.
Financial Data Security
To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
Encrypted transmission protects checkout data while Shopify Payments and the customer's financial institution complete authorization. Kgpxf receives the transaction status and planter order details needed for fulfillment, but does not receive or retain the complete card number or security code.
Cookies, International Processing, and Retention
Functional Cookies may preserve cart continuity and permitted preferences, while security and measurement technologies help operate checkout, assess reliability, and recognize misuse. Browser controls can reject Cookies, but some cart or payment functions may then be unavailable. Retention follows purpose: transaction and case records remain only for applicable fulfillment, accounting, dispute, carrier, fraud-prevention, and legal periods, after which they are deleted or de-identified when continued identification is unnecessary.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred personal information receives protection consistent with applicable data protection law.
Children, Third-Party Links, and Updates
The Site is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party links or services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal requirements.
